What payment options are available?

You can pay by Ideal, Paypal or Bank transfer.

What delivery options are available?

The ordered products can be picked up or delivered within the Netherlands.

Where can I pick up the products?

We aim to organize a pick up moment on the TU/e campus once every 2 weeks. However, this may be subject to change in vacations or exam weeks.

When an order is placed we will send an email as soon as the next pick up moment is confirmed.

Note: due to COVID-19 restrictions there will be no pick up moments on campus. As soon as restrictions are relaxed we will start organizing pick up moments on campus again.

Is there a home delivery fee?

Orders above €39 are delivered for free. Orders under €39 have a €5,- home delivery fee.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We aim to send all orders within 5 working days after the order is received, but this can be longer.

Is it possible to return my ordered products?

Yes you are entitled to return your ordered products within 14 days and get a refund. If you want to return your products please send an email to merchandise@sasalaam.nl

Is the home delivery fee also refunded when I return my order?

The home delivery fee is refunded if the all of the ordered products are returned. If one or more products of the order are retained the home delivery fee is not refundable.

Is it possible to get the products delivered outside of the Netherlands?

Contact us trough merchandise@sasalaam.nl and we will look at the possibilities.

Does the Salaam webshop make any profit?

Yes, the Salaam webshop does make profit. This seems weird since we are a non-profit organization. However, alle the profit is put back in the association. In things like events and podcast equipment.
