Vacancy: Events Ambassador

Job description
Together with your teammates you will be responsible of organizing events. In addition you brainstorm with the rest of the team about the events and you help with organizing the big joint event. The time commitment will be around 4 hours a week.
We would also like to remind you that every ounce of effort you put into organizing an event that helps another Muslim to seek knowledge, will be of benefit for you on the Day of Judgement. May Allah accept our efforts and purify our intentions.
What does your start look like with us?
At the start of the academic year we will make an annual planning with the complete team, so everyone knows from the start what the can expect. You are never the only one responsible for an event, there are at least 2 people organizing one event. This means that you will directly start organizing events.
What do we ask of you?

You are creative in coming up with new events that are interesting for Muslim students and contribute to them.

You are independent, but you also work well in a team.

You are proactive

Once in two weeks present by events meetings.

The manager is giving you a lot of freedom, with this freedom there is a certain responsibility. You also work in a team, so we expect that you are fulfilling agreements.

Being present at events. We evaluate events and this is only possible if there were people present at the events. We expect you at around 80% of the events.
