Groundwork

• The testimony that there is no God worthy of worship except Allah (subhanahu wa ta’ala) and that Muhammad, peace be upon him, is the servant and Messenger of God; the first pillar of Islam.

• The Quran and the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, are the guidelines for us in our aims, aspirations and activities.

• We are a student association that is open for all students – regardless of their education level or religious identity.

• Calls, in speech or action, to aggression and violence, revolutions and political movements, are not among the aims of our association; domestically and / or abroad; to any party;

Salaam aims to promote Islamic religious and social interests and to provide support to its members in pursuing the Islamic principles and in academic support to excel in their field. Salaam tries to achieve this goal by, among other things:

• Organizing activities on the practice of Islamic principles and their practice in worldly life.

• Connecting and bringing together students in Eindhoven

• Serving as an information point about Islam.

• Providing workshops, courses, theme meetings about Islam at an academic level.
